By using this website or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

1. About Us - koo.sk is operated by True Cardiff Ltd, a company registered in Wales under company number 10503462, with its registered office at Unit 44 Portmanmoor Road Industrial Estate, Cardiff, CF24 5HB.
2. Our Services - We provide linen collection, laundering, and return services primarily for the hospitality and short-term accommodation sector. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time, with or without notice, and without liability.
3. Eligibility - You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
4. User Responsibilities - You agree:
i) To provide accurate and complete information.Not to misuse our website or services.
ii)To ensure items submitted for laundering are not soiled with hazardous materials or infested with pests.
iii)To collect your linen promptly after delivery, or ensure someone is available to receive it.
We are not responsible for loss or damage due to incorrect information or misuse.
5. Pricing and Payment - All prices are displayed on the website or will be agreed in writing. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment terms: Invoicing is done weekly/monthly as agreed. Payments are due within 7 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur interest in accordance as permitted by statute.
6. Turnaround Times - We aim to deliver within agreed service windows. However, we are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, traffic, equipment failure).
7. Loss & Damage Policy - We take great care in handling your items. However, we shall not be liable for:
i) Normal wear and tear.Colour fading due to manufacturer instructions not being followed.
ii) Items not labelled with proper care instructions.
iii) Our maximum liability for lost or damaged items is limited to 5 times the cost of cleaning that item.
8. Cancellation & Suspension - We reserve the right to suspend or cancel services if:
i) You breach these Terms.
ii)Your account is in arrears.
iii)We suspect unlawful activity.
You may cancel your service at any time with written notice.
9. Intellectual PropertyAll content on koo.sk (text, graphics, logos, etc.) is the property of True Cardiff Ltd and protected by UK and international copyright laws.
10. Limitation of Liability - To the maximum extent permitted by law, True Cardiff Ltd shall not be liable for:Any indirect or consequential losses.Loss of profits, revenue, or business interruption.11. Data ProtectionWe comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and process personal data.
12. Governing Law - These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wales or England.
